Central Bank · State of San Andreas

Every dollar, accounted for.

The central reserve for QBCore roleplay servers. Police and EMS are paid from the vault instead of printed money, taxes flow back into it, and every dollar staff create with a command goes on a permanent record. Money supply and inflation are public, so the whole city can see its economy stay healthy.

The problem

Too many faucets. Almost no sinks.

Game designers call the places money enters an economy faucets, and the places it leaves sinks. On a stock QBCore server the faucets run all day, the sinks are small, and nobody can see the level rising. Here is what that does to a city, and what Bucky Reserve changes.

What goes wrongWhat Bucky Reserve does
−

Salaries come from nowhere

Every 10 minutes QBCore creates each on-duty player's paycheck out of thin air.

+

Payroll from the reserve

Police and EMS are paid out of the vault, only while on duty. Their salaries move money that already exists.

See the reserve →
−

Staff print in secret

/givemoney leaves no trace. Owners find out when prices stop making sense.

+

The mint register

Every dollar created or destroyed with a command is recorded: who, for whom, how much and which account.

See the register →
−

No one can see the economy

There's no money supply, no inflation rate and no record of where money goes.

+

A public economy

Money supply, inflation, vault backing and tax sources, open to every citizen. If money piles up, the whole city sees it.

See the economy →
−

Fortunes only grow

A few players end up holding most of the money. After that, nothing in the city costs them anything.

+

A progressive wealth tax

Fortunes over $50M pay 5–30% a week into the reserve, which lends it back out to everyone else.

See the wealth tax →
−

New players can't get started

Businesses cost millions and there's nowhere to borrow.

+

Credit and loans

Instant loans from the reserve, priced by a 300–850 credit score that players build by paying on time.

The reserve

One vault at the centre of the city

Every loan and public salary is paid out of the Central Reserve, and every tax, repayment and fee flows back into it. Money circulates through the vault instead of appearing from nothing.

  • Flows in

  • Wealth tax5–30% of fortunes over $50M, every 7 days
  • Loan repaymentsPrincipal plus 2–12% a week in interest, by credit tier
  • Fuel stations With Bucky FuelStation sales and upgrades, 12% GST on income, 20% on resales
  • Staff top-ups/rbiadd, written to the mint register
Central Reserve$500MStarting balanceConfig.StartingReserve
  • Flows out

  • LoansPaid out only when the vault can cover them
  • Government payrollEvery 10 minutes, to on-duty police and EMS
  • Staff withdrawals/rbiremove, written to the mint register

If payroll takes the vault to zero, everyone is still paid in full. Bank staff get an alert in the city and in your Discord, and can top the vault up or raise revenue.

Economy & ledger

Every dollar in the city, in the open

The Economy and Ledger pages are open to every citizen. They show how much money is circulating, how fast it is growing and how much of it the reserve backs. When money is scarce, a paycheck and a heist still mean something, and players stay invested in your city.

Top bar: reserve $486.5M, money supply $2.14B, inflation 1.84%, vault backing 0.23×, tax this week $18.42M
Economic activity chart over 7 days with inflation 1.84%
Vault backing ring at 0.23×: $23 in the vault for every $100 citizens hold
Central Reserve balance $486.5M with a sparkline
Tax sources donut: fuel dealership income tax 39%, wealth tax 28%, loan repayment 21%

What the numbers mean

Money supply
Cash and bank held by every citizen. Online players are read live, offline ones from the database.
Inflation
The money supply now against 24 hours ago, from hourly snapshots.
Vault backing
The reserve divided by the money citizens hold. 0.23× means $23 in the vault for every $100 in pockets and accounts.
Tax sources
Everything paid into the reserve this week, split by where it came from.

Mint register

Printed money leaves a paper trail

Whenever staff create or destroy money with a command, the register records who ran it, for whom, how much, which account and the balance before and after. Nothing in the city can edit or delete an entry.

  • Watches /givemoney /setmoney /removemoney, plus /rbiadd and /rbiremove for the vault. Add your own commands in config.
  • The console counts too. Commands from the server console and txAdmin are logged as Server console.
  • Admin menus get caught. Payouts with "admin" in the reason are logged as Unattributed, and one export lets any menu name its issuer.
  • Private by design. Staff only, with a Discord alert per entry. The issuer's license stays in the database.

Wealth tax

Fortunes pay their share

When a citizen's bank and savings cross $50M, an official notice lands on their screen. They sign it once, and the reserve collects every week after that. The richest players become the city's biggest contributors, and it shows on the public ledger.

Notice of Wealth Tax Assessment from the State of San Andreas to Trevor Philips: taxable wealth $96,000,000, bracket $50M to $100M, rate 5%, $4,800,000 due per collection, signed and stamped Accepted

Credit & loans

Credit that players earn

Every citizen has a score from 300 to 850. It sets their weekly rate and how much they can borrow, and it moves with every payment. Paying on time is the fastest way to a cheaper, bigger loan.

The bank job

A job with real decisions

The Central Reserve is a job with five grades, from Auditor to Chairman. Staff approve financing, chase late payers and keep the tax roll, and their calls change people's credit.

Marketplace

Businesses worth borrowing for

With Bucky Fuel installed, the marketplace lists all 26 fuel stations with a valuation, projected earnings and weekly tax. One button fills in a loan application for the asking price, so a player with good credit can buy their first business.

Station dossier for Little Seoul: a Tier 1 metro flagship valued at $26.5M, with fuel sold, revenue, net profit and weekly tax
Sandy Shores North, owned by Trevor Philips, valued at $7M
Harmony, for sale, valued at $6.2M
Senora Freeway, for sale, valued at $18.5M

  • Valuation split across land, pumps, storage and location
  • Set GPS marks it on your map
  • Purchases and taxes pay into the reserve

FAQ

Bucky Reserve questions

Which framework does Bucky Reserve support?

QBCore, with oxmysql. It needs no edits to qb-core: payroll is patched in memory and handed back when the resource stops.

How does Bucky Reserve stop inflation on a FiveM server?

Stock QBCore creates every paycheck from nothing. Bucky Reserve pays police and EMS from the reserve instead, and taxes and repayments flow back into it, so money circulates rather than piling up. Money supply and inflation are tracked from hourly snapshots and shown to every citizen.

Can admins still print money?

Staff can still use commands like /givemoney, but none of it is secret. The mint register records who ran it, for whom, how much and which account, sends a Discord alert, and no one in the city can edit or delete the entry. The extra money also shows in the public money supply.

Do I need Bucky Fuel?

No. Bucky Reserve works on its own. With Bucky Fuel installed, the marketplace lists all 26 fuel stations and station sales and taxes pay into the reserve.

Does it work on FiveM Enhanced?

Yes. It runs on both the classic FiveM build and FiveM Enhanced (the GTA V Enhanced edition of the platform).

How is it delivered?

After checkout the resource is added to the Cfx.re Keymaster account you signed in with. Download it from Keymaster and add it to your server like any other resource.

Is the code escrow protected?

The core is protected with Cfx.re Asset Escrow, so it can't be leaked or resold. The config files you need to tune it stay open and editable.
