1. Who is responsible

Bucky Scripts is the Data Fiduciary for personal data handled through https://buckyscripts.com. Contact us at buckyscripts@gmail.com.

Tebex Limited processes your payment and checkout details as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. Cfx.re handles your account sign-in under its own policy.

2. What we collect

We keep data collection to what's needed to sell and support our resources:

• Your cart contents, stored only in your own browser (localStorage) so the cart survives a refresh.
• A temporary Tebex basket reference, stored in your browser session during checkout.
• Order details that Tebex shares with us after a purchase: your Cfx.re username and ID, the resources bought, the amount, and the email and country you gave at checkout.
• Messages you send us by email or Discord, and any server details you share for support.
• Technical logs kept by our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare (such as IP address, browser and time of request), used to deliver and protect the site.

3. Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or share your data for advertising. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse. Tebex sets its own cookies on its checkout pages.

4. Why we use it

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by placing an order or contacting us, and for legitimate uses allowed under section 7 of the DPDP Act, such as fulfilling a service you've requested and complying with law.

• To process and deliver your order and keep a record of it
• To provide support and respond to your messages
• To prevent fraud, leaks, chargeback abuse and misuse of our resources
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years) and to support your licence. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years. Browser storage is under your control and can be cleared at any time.

6. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers needed to run the store — Tebex (payments and delivery), Cfx.re (sign-in and licence delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Discord (support) — or where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside India, with safeguards in line with applicable law.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it's used
• ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your data
• withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing already done)
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated
• raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India

8. Children

Our resources are meant for server owners. If you're under 18, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to buy from us.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare, we never handle card details, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to support you.

10. Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.

Grievance officer

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer: Bucky Scripts Support, buckyscripts@gmail.com.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
