Licence Agreement

1. Grant

When you buy a resource, Bucky Scripts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run it on FiveM servers operated under the Cfx.re account that bought it.

2. You may

• edit the files we ship unprotected — such as config, locale and interface files — for use on your own servers
• keep private backups of the resource for your own use
• show the resource running on your server in videos, streams and screenshots

3. You may not

• share, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, upload or otherwise distribute the resource or any part of it, modified or not
• decompile, deobfuscate, or remove or bypass Cfx.re Asset Escrow or any other protection
• use the resource, its code or its assets to build a competing product
• remove copyright or licence notices

4. Ownership

The resource and all intellectual property in it remain the property of Bucky Scripts. Any rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

5. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it, or if the purchase is refunded or charged back. On termination you must stop using and delete the resource, and we may revoke it from your Keymaster.

6. No warranty beyond the product page

The resource is provided as described on its product page. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.

7. Governing law

This licence is governed by the laws of India.
