Terms of Service

1. Who we are

"Bucky Scripts", "we" and "us" means the operator of https://buckyscripts.com, based in India. You can reach us at buckyscripts@gmail.com or through our Discord server.

By using this website or buying a resource you agree to these Terms, our Licence Agreement, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

2. What we sell

We sell licences to digital resources (scripts) for FiveM servers running the QBCore framework. Each product page describes what the resource does, which framework and platforms it supports, and what it needs to run.

You buy a licence to use the resource under our Licence Agreement. You don't buy the resource itself or any intellectual property in it.

3. Orders, payment and Tebex

Checkout is provided by Tebex Limited, the official store platform for FiveM. Tebex acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your purchase, collects payment and applicable taxes, and its own checkout terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. We never receive your card or bank details.

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes are calculated by Tebex at checkout.

To complete an order you sign in with your Cfx.re account. The resource is delivered to that account's Keymaster, and you're responsible for choosing the right account.

4. Delivery

Resources are delivered digitally to your Cfx.re Keymaster account, normally within minutes of payment. If a purchase hasn't arrived within 24 hours, contact us and we'll resolve it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, leak, resell, sublicense or publish any resource or part of one, modified or not
• remove, bypass or tamper with Cfx.re Asset Escrow or any licence protection
• use a resource in breach of the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement, Rockstar Games' terms or any law
• file an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us
• use this website to distribute malware, scrape it at abusive rates, or attempt to disrupt it

6. Updates and support

We may release updates and fixes through Keymaster. We aim to keep our resources working with current QBCore, FiveM and FiveM Enhanced releases, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource, framework fork or future platform change.

Support is provided through our Discord server and by email, on a reasonable-efforts basis.

7. Intellectual property

All resources, code, designs, images, text and branding on this site belong to Bucky Scripts or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Bucky Scripts is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Tebex. Grand Theft Auto and GTA are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. FiveM is a trademark of its respective owner.

8. Warranties and liability

Resources are provided as described on their product page. Except as required by law, we don't give any other warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of server revenue, players or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the resource concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 that can't be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

If you breach these Terms or the Licence Agreement, we may refuse service, revoke your licence through Cfx.re and Tebex, and pursue other remedies available to us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Grievance officer

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer: Bucky Scripts Support, buckyscripts@gmail.com.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
